BÉCHAMEL SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium shallots, diced
- 2 cups baby spinach (80 g)
- 1 ½ tablespoons sun-dried tomato, chopped
- ¾ cup tomato (150 g), diced
- 2 cups heavy cream (480 mL)
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese (80 g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
FOR SERVING
- 4 cups spaghetti (800 g)
- 4 cups green salad (290 g), lightly dressed
How to Make:
Preparation
- Make the chicken rolls: Butterfly the chicken breasts and season on both sides with 1 teaspoon of pepper, the onion powder, 2 teaspoons of salt, and the garlic powder.
